Its activities include billing, collections, electronic claims and remittance processing, and business consulting, all the way up to full-service office process outsourcing. Its clients include health systems, physician management services organizations, radiology and oncology practices, and some 4,000 individual physicians and specialists. Founded in 1986, SSC was acquired by SPi Global Solutions in 2007. The company grew its business with the 2009 acquisition of Laguna Medical Systems.
