Doing business as Latex International (LI), the company makes latex foam pillows and mattress components based on the Talalay manufacturing process. Talalay uses a vacuum and freeze setup to ensure a consistent cell structure in the finished latex foam mold. Under an agreement with Sapsa Bedding, LI is the exclusive source for Unilatex branded cores in North America. LI's own offerings also tie in with Hickory Springs Manufacturing Co.'s distribution of materials that create an eco-friendly mattress and duvet lineup. The privately-held company operates three manufacturing facilities in the US.
