CFSC has deep roots within the financial services community. As third generation check cashers, the leaders of CFSC are respected within the communities we serve. The owners are hands-on managers of our locations who handle day-to-day operations as well as product development, training and human resources.At the more than 200 CFSC locations in 11 states there are 1500 trained employees who serve our customers. Our workforce is a stable environment with annual employee turnover as low as 3% in some areas. This stability allows us to train our employees on more than ‘the basics'. And, since our employees often come from the neighborhoods we serve, we are a catalyst for economic growth.
